Imar provided engineering supervision for the construction of the main building for Tawal Company, consisting of 12 floors. The comprehensive Fit Out design services included interior furnishings, architectural, electrical, and civil works. The efforts began with the presentation of the initial project design, providing an initial vision for the building.
The tendering and contractor qualification phase ensued, where the most suitable contractors were selected for project execution. Ultimately, the implementation process was supervised to ensure the project was efficiently carried out in accordance with the approved final design. This project serves as an example of our outstanding work in the field of design and engineering supervision.
Imar team provided full project management services for the comprehensive Fit Out of the main Tawal Tower located in the northern part of Riyadh. These services included construction management support (construction inspection, monthly reports, testing services, etc.).
The project comprises a ground floor, mezzanines, 5 typical floors, a VIP floor, an entertainment floor, and two basement levels.
